Accident Review Center helps people injured in motor vehicle accidents request a free accident review from legal-service providers or participating law firms.

1How it works

  • Your business receives a unique tracking link or QR code.
  • If an accident customer asks for help, you may share the link or QR code.
  • The customer chooses whether to complete the online request.
  • Accident Review Center reviews the inquiry for basic qualification criteria.
  • If verified as qualified, your business may be eligible for a fixed referral/marketing payment of up to $150.

2Qualified inquiry basics

  • Motor vehicle accident.
  • Injury or potential injury reported.
  • Valid contact information.
  • Serviceable state or area.
  • Consumer voluntarily consents to contact.
  • Not duplicate, fake, spam, already represented where disqualifying, or otherwise invalid.

Important partner rules

  • Do not provide legal advice.
  • Do not recommend a specific attorney or law firm.
  • Do not tell someone they have a case.
  • Do not promise any settlement, payment, result, or timeline.
  • Do not submit a form on someone else’s behalf.
  • Do not pressure anyone to submit.
  • Do not collect or send private accident details yourself; the consumer should submit their own information through the secure form.
  • Payment is not based on whether the person hires a lawyer, signs a contract, receives treatment, settles a claim, or recovers money.
